At 310 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported showers and thunderstorms producing very heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain have already fallen, and an additional 2 to 4 inches are possible. Flash flooding is expected, especially in the Sugar Land and Mission Bend areas.
Some locations that will experience flooding include… including Sugar Land, Missouri City, eastern Rosenberg, Meadows Place, and Stafford.
